Ingredients
- 1 cup brown gravy
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 Tbp lemon juice
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve the cornstarch in the wine. In a small sauce pan combine the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring. Slowly add the wine and stir until all is well blended.
