Ingredients
- st layer:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 16 oz. can Hershey's Choc. Syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. in greased, floured 9x13" pan. Cool.
- nd. layer:
- 2 cups conf. sugar
- 2 tbls. creme de menthe
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Mix well like frosting, spread on cooled first layer. Let set.
- rd. layer:
- 1 cup chocolate chips (8 ozs.)
- 6 tbls. margarine
- Melt in a double boiler. Pour over green layer. Let it set. Cut while at room temp. When chocolate is too cool chocolate will creack when cut.
- Keep refreigerated.

Remember not cut at room temp. and do not allow to get too cool.
