Pecan Praline Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce box oat squares
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250. Combine cereal and pecans in a 9 x 13 glass dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Combine honey, corn syrup, brown sugar and butter in a large bowl and melt altogether. Bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
