Spicy Pecan Crusted Trout

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 large egg white
  • 4 4 ounce trout fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Coat baking pan with cooking spray.

Combine oats, pecans and seasoning in a resealable bag. Shake well.

Mix milk and egg white in a shallow bowl. Dip fillets into egg whites mixture. Place fish in bag and coat with oat mixture. Place fish in pan and bake for 10 minutes.
