Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9 inch pan.

Combine eggs and sugar in bowl and beat until thick and light colored, about 5-10 minutes. Using rubber spatula, fold in the chocolate and then the flour, mixing only until the ingredients are incorporated.

Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes until top looks dry and feels firm. Cut into squares while hot.
