Cranberry Chicken II

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds chicken cutlets -- cut into strips
  • 1 large onion -- chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons margarine
  • 1 1/3 cups chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, saute the chicken and the onion in margarine until chicken is no longer pink. Add the chili sauce, cranberry sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
