Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 350 F. Spray a 9"x13" casserole dish with a nonstick cooking spray. Stir together chicken cubes, celery, almonds, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Place mixture in prepared dish. Spread cheese over top, and then chips. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Serves: 4 to 6.
