Mom's Meatballs and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • French onion soup - fill to 2 c. with water
  • 1 can undrained mushrooms
  • 2 cups minute rice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix bread crumbs, salt, meat, and eggs. Form meatballs and brown.
2. Add soup, water, mushrooms, and rice to skillet.
3. Stir gently. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes until rice has soaked up liquid.
