Ingredients
- 4 pounds plums -- chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 Tablespoons flour
- TOPPING AND CRUST
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine -- softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix plums, almond extract, sugar and 6 T. flour.
Mix topping ingredients together. Press some into a 9 x 13" pan to form a crust. Pour plum mixture over it and crumble topping over it. Bake at 350 for one hour.
