  • 1 -2 lb package frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (10.75 oz ) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan with non stick Pam
Combine potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup and cheese. Gently mix and pour into pan
Bake until brown, about 35 minutes.
