Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 9 Tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Add the eggs and sugar and stir with wire whisk for about 10 minutes until it reaches 160 degrees. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature (you can put it in the fridge to speed the cooling).
When the chocolate is room temperature, beat in the margarine and vanilla with an electric beater until smooth and fluffy.
