Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 T sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 T salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients together, except egg whites. Whip egg whites separately until stiff and gently fold into batter with a couple of strokes.
