Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 T sugar
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 T salt
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients together, except egg whites. Whip egg whites separately until stiff and gently fold into batter with a couple of strokes.
