Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 English Muffins
  • 2 cans chopped green chiles
  • 3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Split and butter English muffins. Place face down in greased casserole dish.

Brown and drain sausage. Layer sausage, cheese, and chiles over English muffins. Beat eggs. Add sour cream and mix well. Pour over casserole. Place in refrigerator overnight (at least 8 hours).

Let sit at room temperature for 1/2 hour before baking

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
