Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 c EVOO
- red pepper flakes
- salt
- pepper
- white wine vinegar
- honey
Preparation
Step 1
Toss the Brussels sprouts w/the EVOO & a pinch each of the red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Roast cut side down on a baking sheet @ 450F until caramelized, 25 - 30 min. Drizzle w/vinegar & honey.
