Ingredients

    lb sausage

  • 1-2.64

    oz McCormick Sausage Flavor country gravy

  • 1

    c shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1/2

    c milk

  • 1

    pint heavy cream

  • salt and pepper to tase

  • 1

    tsp minced onion

  • 1

    can bisquick butter flavored biscuits

  • 8

    slices bacon

Directions

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Cut buscuits into 1" pieces. Line bottom of pan, brown sausage and scatter over biscuits. Sprinkle with cheese. Whisk eggs, milk and cream together and pour over the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and minced onions. Pour gravy over contents. Refridgerate overnight. Fry and crumble bacon and keep it overnight too. Pop casserole in preheated oven uncovered, cook for 1 hour and 5 mins. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
