Ingredients
- 2 cups diced tomato
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 large garlic cloves -- minced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir until well-blended. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
