Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce bag coleslaw
- 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 13 cups canola oil
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 cup rice cracker snacks
Preparation
Step 1
Empty bag of coleslaw mix into bowl.
Prepare the dressing: mix vinegar, hoisin sauce, honey, salt, mustard, ginger, pepper, oils and water. Use whisk or immersion blender to combine.
Pour over coleslaw and allow to marinate at least an hour. Right before serving, add crackers.
