Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 vidalia onion'
- 1 red onion
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- 3 chopped scallions

Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan over med heat, add sliced vidalia and red onion, cook for 15 mins. add ketchup, vinegar, sugar, hot sauce, salt and pepper. heat through. 2-3 mins longer. Stir in scallions.
