Ingredients
- 28 OZ Can Chopped Tomatoes
- with Basil, garlic & onion
- 4 C. Chicken Stock
- 2/3 C. Pasta
- short or small
- 15 OZ can of Beans
- Drain and rinse
- 4 Tbls. Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large stock pot combine the chicken
stock and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook, uncovered, for
10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
Stir occasionally.
Add the beans to the soup and cook for
1 minute, or until heated through.
Stir in the parsley, season with
salt and pepper.
