Ingredients
- egg noodles
- 1 big can mushrooms
- 1 tsp beef bullion
- 1 lbs. stir fry meat
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 C sherry
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in butter until cooked rare. Add mushrooms with juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add bullion and 8 oz. water. Stir in sherry. Add flour water mix to thicken until desired consistency.
