Philadelphia 3-Step White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp.vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 squares(3oz) bakers premium white baking chocolate, melted.
  • 1 ready to use chocolate flavor crumb crumb crust ( 6 oz or 9")
  • 3 T red raspberry preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs; mix until blended.
Stir in white chocolate.
Pour into crust.
Microwave preserves in small bowl on high 15 seconds or until melted.
Dot sections of cheesecake with small spoonfuls of preserves.
Cut through batter with knife several times for a marble effect.
Bake at 350* for 35- 40 mins or until center is almost set.
Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or over night.
