  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed but not risen
  • 1/2 pound sandwich pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound sliced provolone, each sliced quartered
  • 1/2 jar sliced mild banana pepper rings

Step 1

Roll out dough to 11 x 14 rectangle. Layer half of the pepperoni, provolone cheese, and banana pepper rings off center down the long section of the dough. You should be able to fold about 1/3 of the dough over this layer. Top with the remaining pepperoni, cheese and banana pepper rings. Fold remaining dough over all and seal all sides well so cheese doesn't melt out of the bread while baking. Brush bread with oil. Bake at 350 until golden, about 25 minutes.
