Asparagus Souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 cans asparagus
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons margarine -- melted
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 1/2 package onion soup mix
  • 3 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Cornflake crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except margarine and cornflake crumbs. Line pan with cornflake crumbs. Pour mixture into pan and pour melted margarine over it. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
