Ingredients
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 2 Tablespoons coffee
- 1/4 cup liqueur -- any kind
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/2 cups parve whipping cream -- divided
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 5.25 ounce packages chocolate flavored biscuits
- FUDGE
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix water, coffee, liqueur, and sugar. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream. Set aside 1/2 cup for the topping. In the large bowl, beat whipped cream with cream cheese, vanilla pudding mix and confectioners sugar for approximately 5-8 minutes. Dip half the biscuits in the liqueur mixture, then line a glass trifle bowl with them. Pour the whipped topping mixture on top. Repeat process. Top with reserved whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
In a small saucepan on low heat, combine sugar, water, margarine and cocoa powder. Stir until everything melts. Pour on top of tiramisu. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
