Ingredients
- 2 lbs sausage
- 3 lbs green apples
- 2 T dry chicken bouillon
- 1-2 T MSG
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4-6 celery stalks
- 2 med onions
- 2 bags bread croutons (1 seasoned)
- Poultry Seasoning and Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chicken broth to moisten
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage in frying pan. In large pot melt butter and saute diced onions and apples. Add remaining ingredients and cook until moist. If too dry may add small amounts of water or chicken broth.
