Ingredients
- 1 cup green snap beans -- chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cooked lima beans
- 1/2 cup cooked chick peas
- 1 cup green peas -- fresh or frozen, thawed
- 1/2 medium red onion -- minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix beans, peas and onion in a bowl. Combine remaining dressing ingredients and toss. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
