Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken cutlets
- 1/2 32 ounce carton chicken broth
- 1/4 cup schwarma spices
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning mix
- 12 ounces romaine lettuce
- 1/2 can corn
- 1/2 can Israeli pickles -- diced
- DRESSING
- 3 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 onion -- diced
- pinch salt
- pinch dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Combine broth, schwarma spices and taco seasoning. Add cutlets and marinate. Cook cutlets until done.
Cut chicken into small pieces and add to salad.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
