Ingredients
- 4 ounces egg noodles, yolk-free
- 1 cup nonfat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- pepper
- paprika
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Mix cheese-cayenne. Season to taste. Mix with noodles. Pour into sprayed square baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake 25-30 mins. Sprinkle with cheese at end.
Good
