Ingredients
- 8 ounces medium width noodles
- 1 16 ounce can pitted dark sweet cherries in syrup
- 1 10 ounce can mandarin oranges segments in syrup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese -- softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles and drain. Meanwhile, drain the cherries and mandarin oranges in a colander. Rinse slightly with cool water. Set aside to drain completely.
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine the sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Pour over noodles and then stir gently so the cream cheese mixture is evenly distributed. Add the drained cherries and mandarin orange along with the pineapple and its juice. Stir.
Transfer to baking dish, smoothing the top and pushing down any cherries that might have risen to the top. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour until set. Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting it.
