Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic -- minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 pounds salmon fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients and marinate fish for 3 hours. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
