Onion Crumb Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1 2.8 oz. can French's fried onions
  • 4 thinly sliced chicken cutlets
  • 3 Tablespoons mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place fried onions in a resealable bag; seal. Crush onions and transfer to a sheet of waxed paper.

Brush each side of chicken with about 1 teaspoon of mustard. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing gently to coat.

Heat 1T. oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat Cook chicken in batches, 1 or 2 minutes per side. Repeat. Season with salt and pepper.
