Ingredients
- 8 to 12 ounces noodles
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 11 ounces mango nectar
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING
- 2/3 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles until soft but firm. Melt margarine over hot noodles. Add eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and nectar. Mix well and pour into 9x 11 inch pan. Combine topping ingredients and pour over noodles. Bake for about 1 hour.
