Ingredients
- 3 onions sliced
- 2 c. Sugar
- 6 Slices salmon
- 2 c. water
- 1 T salt
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
cook onions and sugar over low heat till the sugar melts. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Add water, salt and lemon juice. Bring liquid to a boil and add salmon. Reduce heat and cook covered for 25 minutes
