Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip
- 1 6-ounce package strawberry Jello
- 1 16-ounce package thawed strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes.
2. Whip cream cheese, sugar, adn cool whip until fluffy. Spread on top of cooled pretzel mixture.
3. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add thawed strawberries adn mix well. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. (may want to pour Jello first and then place strawberries on top of cream cheese layer)
4. Let set until firm in refrigerator. Takes several hours.
