Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese softened
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
• 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
• 2 cups pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the pineapple, red bell pepper, green onions, seasoning salt, and ½ cup pecans. Mix well until incorporated.
Shape into a ball and roll into the remaining 1½ cup pecans. Serve with your favorite cracker.
