Chicken Dippers with Sweet Hot Chutney

Tender and delicious bites`of chicken breast are wrapped in crispy bacon and dipped in a sweet hot chutney sauce. So easy to make, this crowd pleasing appetizer is my go to for get togethers.

Ingredients

  • 2 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 12 precooked bacon slices
  • 1/2 cup hot mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit.

Cut each chicken breast into 12 cubes. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

Cut bacon slices in half crosswise. Wrap bacon around each chicken cube; secure with wooden toothpicks. Arrange on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Process chutney and salsa in a blender or food processor until smooth; stopping to scrape down sides. Serve with chicken bites.
