Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 Granny Smith Apples
- 1/4 cup scallions
- Saute above stuff and cool.
- Mix w 4 lbs of ground turkey.
- 1/2 bunch parsley.
- 2 tbsp salt.
- 1 tbsp Pepper.
- Juice and zest of one lemon.
- 2 tsps chipotle Tabasco.
- 1/4 cup pureed Major Grey's chutney.

Preparation
Step 1
Make patties ahead of time and refrigerate them for 2 hours. Otherwise they will fall apart when your cook them.
Cook 7 minutes each side.
