Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 Granny Smith Apples
  • 1/4 cup scallions
  • Saute above stuff and cool.
  • Mix w 4 lbs of ground turkey.
  • 1/2 bunch parsley.
  • 2 tbsp salt.
  • 1 tbsp Pepper.
  • Juice and zest of one lemon.
  • 2 tsps chipotle Tabasco.
  • 1/4 cup pureed Major Grey's chutney.

Preparation

Step 1

Make patties ahead of time and refrigerate them for 2 hours. Otherwise they will fall apart when your cook them.

Cook 7 minutes each side.
