Mustard Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots -- sliced and peeled
  • 3 Tablespoons margarine
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • salt to taste
  • dill

Preparation

Step 1

Steam carrots until crisp tender, approximately 10 minutes.

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add mustard, sugar and salt. Cook for 3 minutes. Add carrots, turning to coat. Cook for 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with dill.
