Preparation

Step 1

Line 13x9-inch pan with foil so that foil extends over sides of pan.

In large saucepan, combine peanut butter, cream cheese and peanut butter chips. Heat just until melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition; knead if necessary.

Press mixture evenly in prepared pan. Allow to stand at room temperature about 2 hours. Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from fudge. Cut into squares or desired shapes. Decorate as desired. Store in refrigerator. About 2 pounds.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl, place peanut butter, cream cheese and peanut butter chips. Microwave on HIGH for 1V2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is melted; blend well. (Mixture will be very thick and quite dry looking.) Continue as directed above.
