Garlic Butter Rolls

  • Pizza dough
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • olive oil
  • parsley, chopped
  • kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Tear the dough into 12 pieces and place in the cups of a 12 cup muffin tin. Divide garlic among the pieces of dough, pressing them in the centers. Drizzle with olive oil and bake 425 degrees until golden brown, 15 -18 minutes. Toss in a bowl with melted butter and chopped parsley. Season with salt.
