Fetticine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of butter
  • 16 oz of heavy whipping cream
  • 16 oz of grated/shredded Parmesean cheese
  • Bow tie noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bow tie noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter in skillet and add heavy whipping cream. Mix together throughly and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Once mixture reaches a good boil, slowly add Parmesean cheese and allow to melt. Keep stirring and reduce heat.

Once cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, serve over noodles.
