Ingredients
- 6 tbs olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes (Tutta Rossa)
- 2 cans tomato sauce

Saute garlic, onion and cayenne in oil. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce and fresh basil. Add a little sugar to cut bitterness
