Freezer chocolate cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
• 1 egg
• 1 stick of butter, melted
• 1 12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, egg, a melted butter, add chocolate chips. Take tablespoons of dough and form into balls and drop on parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten balls and freeze for 1 hour. Drop in ziplock bags and return to freezer.

To bake: defrost desired amount of cookies for 10 minutes, bake at 375F for 9-11 mins.

Dough will last in freezer up to 3 months.
