Ingredients
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 box of vanilla instant pudding
- 16 oz. of sour cream
- 3/4 cup of oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup of kahlua or other coffee or chocolate liquer
- 8 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all but last ingredient as a regular cake mix. Add and blend chips. Bake in tube or bundt pan, greased but not floured for 1 hour or a bit longer. Cool, then remove from pans. Drizzle with chocolate glaze.
Bake in 350 degree oven.
Chocolate Glaze:
Melt 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate and 3 tbs. margarine over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup of powdered sugar and 3/4 tsp. vanilla. Mix in about 2 tbs. hot water, 1 tsp. at a time, until glaze is of proper consistency.
