Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle both sides of fillets with olive oil. Place on a greased baking pan. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, & seasonings. Spoon the sauce over the fish. In another small bowl, combine breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over the fish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
