Ingredients
- 2 pounds green beans
- 1 large mango -- cut into chunks
- 1 cup craisins
- 1 cup whole salted roasated almonds (or slivered almonds)
- DRESSING
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 cloves garlic
- 3 scallion -- chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar ( a bit less than)
- 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over green beans, mango, cranberries and almonds.
