Creamy Double Decker Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk -- divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -- divided
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line an 8 inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Melt peanut butter chips and 2/3 cup condensed milk until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla; spread evenly in pan.

Melt remaining condensed milk and chocolate chips as above. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread evenly in pan over peanut butter layer. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Remove from pan; place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into squares. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator.
