Brown Sugar Ham Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsps dry mustard or 3 tsps prepared mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Mix into paste. If it is to dry add a little more corn syrup or vinegar. Place on top of ham 1/2 hour before done. It will cook into the juices of the ham. Baste Ham with the sauce 3 or 4 times before done.
