Cheese Log with Hot Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3-ounce) log goat cheese, softened
  • Fresh cracked Pepper
  • Hot Pepper Jelly (I like Stonewall Kitchen)
  • Crackers, for serving

Preparation

Step 1

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

Spoon cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and roll into a log.

Cover and chill 2 hours.

Invert chilled cheese mixture onto a serving dish;

Spoon Hot Pepper Jelly over cheese. \

Serve with crackers, toasted French bread slices, or bagel chips.
