Pork - Honey Glazed Pork Chops

To cook from frozen, roast pork chops on power level HI for about 40 minutes. After removing foil, cook an additional 8 minutes or until golden brown.
• Foil can be placed over pork to prevent over browning.
• Place a piece of foil on the bottom of the liner pan for an easy clean up.

Ingredients

  • Cranberry Dressing:
  • 4 Bone-in pork chops, ¾ to 1 inch thick
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups washed raw cranberries
  • 2 skinned and cored apples
  • 1 large seedless orange, cut into sections
  • 2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine brown sugar and honey in a small oven safe bowl. Place on 1" rack and heat for 2 minutes.

2. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.

3. Spoon half of the honey mixture over tops of chops spreading evenly.

4. Place pork chops on 4" rack and cook on power level HI for 9 minutes

5. While pork chops are cooking prepare the Cranberry Dressing.

6. Flip chops and spoon remaining mixture over chops, spreading evenly.

7. Cook on power level HI for an additional 9 minutes, or until internal temperature is 160 degrees F.

To make Cranberry Dressing:
1. Place all fruit in a food processor and blend till desired consistency. (If you have the twister, place ingredients in the tall cup and pulse till desired consistency).

2. Add sugar

3. Let sit at room temperature until sugar dissolves.

4. Serve with pork chops
